Someone poor at using this ability might not even know they have it, but anyone whom they feel they love would love them back. Anyone whom is decent at weilding this ability would have anyone whom they come in contact with fall for them, and lastly, a master would be able to pick and chose. This ability works on contact for anyone competent; a touch of the hand could do it.
