The ability to absorb/redirect kinetic energy from anything
You can take kinetic energy from any object and take it for your self or redirect it inti something else. Kinetic energy can be taken from physical movement of something, down to the molecular movements of particles(heat)
The good:
You can become really fast, really quick
You can increase the heat or cool things quickly (combustion to absolute zero)
You can stop a fast object dead in it's tracks
The bad:
You may be propeled involuntarily
You may suddenly burst into flames or freeze
