Superpower: Mental Compass
The ability to turn your own or another person's mind into an all knowing compass.
This ability will allow the user to know the direction of anything, represented by a compass. Sure, there are those powers that would give the user the exact location of what they want, but its other function is the real reason I made this ability. When the user gives another this ability, their brain will make them go blind and they will follow where the user wants them to go.
The good:
Good tracking ability.
Able to redirect people's movements or attacks.
The bad:
Sometimes magnetizes wandering brainwaves.

Is there a Mental Compass ability on the way? To know where something is (Google Maps) and the way to it ([mental]arrow from Need for Speed Underground 2) and with the added ability of knowing how far you are from something (number of meters and miles/kilometres [mentally] underneath the arrow)? You go ahead and create it if you want (just acknowledge me in the title like Ghost did, or in the description).
