Superpower: World Preserver
The ability to maintain power from life in the universe.
Galactus is the eater of worlds. He preserves his life and power by consuming worlds. A world preserver is the opposite of this, for they gain power from the preservation of life, not its destruction. Every time something dies, you will sense it and it will weaken you, so you would take care to preserve as much life as possible!
The good:
Gain power from all life in the universe!
The bad:
If a planet or a star dies, it will weaken you
Cemetaries are your bane

i dont see this as a power. this is a curse. I dont think this power would be universal, but local. so if you have to make sure your town prospers or your dead. if it is universal, your immortal... so... you chose...

Undefeatable you didn't get my point. About that hero thing I was joking.I was asking what could you do with the power given, would you just be a regular person with super enhanced abilities or more, and wouldn't your powers overdrive if too much life? It's not because Galactus can be a giant and shoot lasers out of his eyes or even destroy you by just saying your name, doesn't necessarily mean you can do the same by countering his power. I didn't mean to offense, I'm just asking questions?
I like it. The constant birth and death of life keeps you in balance. And actually Dark, just because people are enslaved doesn't mean they're dead. You could potentially use this power for evil. Also, if you were to create artificial life, like Saruman did with the Uruk-hai, would that grant you more power as well? Does it matter how much good life and evil life there are in the universe?
Awesome a power that would actually "force" you to become a hero, how lame. Plus what benefits do you get from this ability? Super strength, flight, laservision, anything? Also wouldn't you overdrive if too much life force in the universe?
Oh CRAP a fly just died on the other side of the planet... So what benifts do you get from this? other than the oh 50 trillon things just died now. and the and 3000 stars blew up.Cool power anyway
This is kinda cool and a nice twist on a central theme. Could you blot out the death-sense with time? Because that might become a tad maddening.
