You can shoot bolts of pure dark energy at anything, from your hands or eyes or even legs to either destroy or just shock the target depending how much you focus it and the power being used. With practice you could increase your speed using the dark energy. You won't be able to control electricity in any way, only counter it and can still be shocked.
