The ability to turn energy into solid matter.
This ability isn't right for those who are really attached to their electronics, but if your not then you can use it in many ways. I'll will give you 2 examples, one can be you making the matter into a weapon, two could be you could turn of nuclear bomb's core into a solid rock which would cancel it's radioactive effects.
The good:
Make the matter into a weapon.
Able to expand the energy before it becomes solid.
This ability affects all sources of energy.
The bad:
If not trained, could destroy or shut down electronics
