The ability to manipulate someone's mind
This ability allows the person to manipulate and control any person that they wish, and with a single thought can "persuade" them to obey and commit their master's will and wish. The more powerful that person is, the more people that person can control.
The good:
Control a person

The bad:
Occasional headache
With more practice, headaches occur more often
Takes a lot of brainpower, too much exhaustion

That makes sense
I think headaches would occur more often because it takes more effort to activate the power. The more you use it, the less time you're giving your brain time to rest in between. Also think about when the person is more powerful and can control more people. More effort is given, and therefore more exhaustion. If you use the power shortly afterwards, you might trigger a headache.
Say uhm something is not right about this power. Why do headaches appear more often the more you use it and not less?
