Superpower: Mental Ignition
The ability to channel electricity through another person's brain, causing lethal damage.
Mental ignition requires one to put their hands on either side of another person's skull and charge their cranium with power. The electricity courses through the brain and effectively "fries" it, killing the victim with enough power. If the attack is not lethal, even a second of forcing electricity to directly enter the brain is enough to cause often-permanent damage.
The good:
Have the ability to kill anyone at anytime from behind without a weapon. The attack cannot be seen.
Have the ability to impair an enemy mentally with a quick charge
Have the ability to mercilessly torture or threaten anyone with death and intense pain
The bad:
Very difficult to control the amount of electricity
Very risky to use on a person you do not wish to kill
Unusable if the attacker's hands are damaged or lost
