The ability to stop the progress of time
You have the ability to stop time. What is meant by this is that any living thing will be frozen in time, excluding plant life, while you still move at normal time. There is a restriction, you cannot move any living thing except for plant life.
The good:
Avert human and machine disasters
Make bank withdrawls and then go about your business
Do some fun time up-skirting
The bad:
Living things are frozen, so non living things are still in motion

Just something to ask, I guess. If time stops for everything else but not you, how fast are you aging?

To be COMPLETELY biased, your right, and this should be named something more appropriate. Perhaps 'Prevent Chronoception' or something similar to the 'stop involuntary brain functions' suggestions

Hmmmmm, to be completely unbiased, 'time' could be viewed as a biological invention, well the perception of time at any rate. Since an inanimate object doesn't perceive time, then time never really 'started' for that object, of course in the actual physical sense, chronological time my continue to 'flow' as it were, but since the biological entitites would have no perception of it, who's to say whether time really stopped, or whether their perception of time was hindered?
The name should be changed to "Stop Time for Living Individuals", because if someone just read the name and the good and bad qualities of the power, then he or she will probably think this: If non-living things still move, then will a clock stop? A clock is non-living, so basically time is still in motion.
Is this a psychic ability to stop involuntary brain function?
