Superpower: Momentum Killer
The ability to stop movement of everything around you, including you.
The ability to stop the movement of everything around you within a five-yard radius for a few seconds, including yourself. After the few seconds in which all movement is frozen, momentum is stopped and gravity takes effect.
An example: a bullet is stopped in midair. After a few seconds in which everything is stopped, gravity kicks in and they fall to the ground.
It can only be used for 10 seconds consecutively and then requires a 5 second cooldown.
The good:
Can block bullets and drop them to the ground around you
Fire can be put out by stopping the vibration of molecules
Can be used to break a fall
The bad:
Only lasts for 10 seconds, and needs a cooldown
You can't move while you use it
