... Uh... on a 24-hour clock that date would occur ONCE every 100 years... (as the AM of that would be "00:34:56")... Why is this confusing people?
This date would happen at least every 100 years, and this power doesn't say, you're stuck with 24 hour format, unless the creator; twisted says otherwise. 2009, 2109, 2209- so you would have a hundred year checkpoints

Actually 12:34:56 7/8/9 only happens the once, there is no 12:34:56am because the format is written on a 24 hour clock, and 12:34:56am would be written 00:34:56.
Or maybe the moment is between 12hrs, from the a.m to the p.m because when I woke up that morning, I felt a kind of profoundness, till abour half past twelve.
Not exactly, no one ever said that moment would last one second or minute. Personally I felt great from that one time till the other. It's because you just said that that I thought of it.
Dude, that 12:34:56 7/8/9 date, happened not long ago, also if you think about it, it happens twice on that date. 12:34:56 a.m 7/8/9 and 12:34:56 p.m 7/8/9. Bet no-one thought of that, also it's a pretty small one second moment.

very true--it depends on your date format! you either have H:M:S M/D/Y or H:M:S D/M/Y. let's just say that you have the option of choosing a format, but after that, you're stuck with that format forever.
