Superpower: Gamer's Touch
The ability to bring your favorite characters to life or use their powers for yourself
The ability to bring any gaming character to your side whether it be for good or bad. The way to summon them is to focus on that specific person or thing and it shall appear before you. You can also determine how tall or small you want them to be. And as an added bonus, once you begin to perfect your powers, you will be able to obtain a chosen character's power.
The good:
Your favorite hero or villian is by your side to defend you
You won't be lonely
If you pick the right person you will be unstoppable! Like DeadPool!!!!
The bad:
If that character doesn't agree to help you then you have a big problem on your hands.

you would be able to manipulate there energy based power. Example Megaman's Megabuster would just come out of your hand.
What about Megaman or Samus, then? How would you have their powers otherwise? And you have hammerspace if it applies to the character, right? (Like NES Bowser)

and i would pick Wolverine.

As you said you will only be able to breath fire but you will not have any physical similarities to that character. Such as his shell but you will be able to do anything that that character can do.
So if the character had physical attributes as their powers, like bowser, you would be able to spit fire but not have a shell even though it's one of the main attributes of bowser?

Well in a way you are the character because you have his powers but in no way you look like that specific character
So, I could get their powers, but not actually BE the character?

Once you master it then yes you will be able to get that character's specific power.
Could I make myself that character?
