The ability to have really sensitive nerve endings
Nerve endings become extremely sensitive. This is great if you're identifying people by feeling their fingerprints, but not so great if you're being bludgeoned to death.
The good:
Memorize people's fingerprints (great as a security measure).
Feel stuff like how bad injuries are, etc.
The bad:
Bludgeoning.
You're more likely to break under torture.
You really can't go barefoot anymore.
