Superpower: Superman Spell
The ability to cast a spell to give yourself or others Superman's powers.
With this ability, you can give yourself or others Superman's powers. The difference is that you get to vary up the source of power. If it's a rock, you'll be at 20% strength; if it's a nuclear reactor in New Mexico, you'll be at 120% strength. This allows you to bestow and remove the powers at will, and if someone abuses the power you give them, you can reduce it or take it away!
The good:
Become a different version of the man of steel (Sentry, Hancock, etc. )
Give yourself and others superpowers!
The bad:
Some of the empowered may not be so noble
Power supply may become obvious
Making disposable items a power source

Comments:
Assuming you cast the spell on your self, you'd need to "make" an inanimate object your power source where you draw your power from (like Superman gets his power from the sun). How would that work (for example with the power plant) if you're somewhere else (let's say New York)? And what is your weakness? You didn't mention any, and if it's kryptonite, will that be scarcely available in the area you live in?
