Releasing this power, you induce a super rabies like effect on animals, domestic & feral. They are ultimately insane & uncontrollable attacking any & everything in sight. All their natural abilities like strength, speed, etc would most likely be enhanced. You release your power in form of a 100ft area range psionic blast. Any non-human animal caught in that blast is effected. The effect wears off after a day or if dead. Also you can't control them so don't be in their path of destruction.
