Whenever you touch someone, all the injuries they once had reappear, all the diseases they once had relapse, and all their bad memories come back to their mind, even the long forgotten and repressed ones. This power is passive, so you need training and concentration if you want to turn it on and off at will. If the victim acquired an immunity against a disease, it doesn't matter. It just means they will heal faster from that disease after being infected again.
