The ability to make things highly flammable
Some of us have been camping and forgotten matches. I don't know how many of us are able to start fires by rubbing sticks together, but if you have this power, you can turn an ordinary stick into a highly flammable matchlike object - now you just have to find a ragged rock to strike it on.
The good:
Make sticks, rocks, clothes, even people highly flammable!
Since you don't make fire, nobody will know it was you.
The bad:
You can't make fire, only make things inflammable.
Don't make yourself inflammable, because you'll catch on fire as soon as you scrape something fast.
High speed crashes.
