Superpower: Accelerated Healing
The ability to heal rapidly from any injury.
With this ability, if you get cut, injured, break a bone, etc., you will fully heal within 10 seconds. You will still have to endure the pain, but you'll feel just fine 10 seconds later!

It will either push the object out of your body and heal (Wolverine X2: X-Men United) or only heal if the foreign object is removed (Claire from Heroes)

There is a "tiny" problem: if a foreign object got stuck between the wounds while healing, it might get struck there indefinitely unless you open your own wound...again
