The ability to hypnotize and have complete control over the one you use passion eyes on.
Passion Eyes allow you to have complete and utter control of the victim you use it on. In order for passion eyes to work, your eyes must meet theirs; then they become servant-like and do as you say. Passion eyes wears off based on the victim's mentality. The stronger the mind, the quicker it wears off.
The good:
You have servant like people that cater to you
They actually fall in love with you, which means they are willing to risk their lives for you
The bad:
If someone's blind, it won't work
If you dont care about the one you used passion eyes on, you will see them as annoying and obsessive
