The ability to clone yourself and others
You can change and control the clones you create. Also, they have the superpowers of the people they're cloned from.
The good:
Be any person you want
Clone yourself and change your physical or mental features
Embarrass someone by cloning them and making them fart, poot, etc.
The bad:
The other person is still there, so it might cause confusion

Comments:
I'd assume the changes you can make to a clone are limited to one major thing, in addition to any minor cosmetic changes (and that you make all their choices for them). Like, X/Y except stronger, Guy/Gal except handsomer, Mr./Mrs. except on fire, etc.
since you can chage them does that mean you can give clones powers? and can you reabsorb them?

I think cloning is a cool power because you can send a clone to school and stay home.
