Superpower: Motion Termination
The ability to cause objects or people that are in motion to cease moving
A person with motion termination is able to cause anything that is in motion to completely stop moving. For example if a ball is thrown and this power is used to stop the ball, it will freeze in mid air. Having the power is like having access to an on/off switch. The object remains stopped until the user decides to allow it to move again. More advanced users would be able stop every object or person within a certain area without having to think of every individual thing in that space.
The good:
Stop harmful projectiles in mid air
Stop anything, including people, from moving
Can be used to kill people by stopping their hearts
The bad:
If you forget that you stopped something, it will remain stopped until you remember to allow movemnt

Lets say you stop a baseball after it was hit. It is then freezed in mid-air. When you allow movement again, will it regain its initial kinetic energy or will gravity just take control and make it fall straight down?

Well, if this is an mental ability, you need to concentrate on keeping the juggernaut's arms and legs in one place. Since he has superstrength, he will use this to try and move his limbs, which causes strain the the user of this ability. The more Juggernaut tries to move and the stronger he is, the more focus the users requires and the more strain is put on him. I compare it to Haitian and Arthur Petrelli: he was powerful and resisted Power Negation, causing the Haitian strain.
Hmm... i dont think of it that way. yes juggernaut may posses superhuman strength but this ability is clearly not a feat of strength. It just stops mobility. what do you think?
Sure, why not? But he will still have his superstrength, so be sure to terminate the motion of his arms and feet. I think that such powerfull beings will try to resist and that will put strain on you, so your power will eventually burn out for a period of time. In short; when that happens, you'd better space yourself.
can you stop juggernaut with this?
Does this mean you can stop air particles to create a walking platform of air? In other words can this work on the molecular level?
