The ability to learn what had happened in the past at any location.
Just by being in an area, you instantly learn everything that had happened in that square mile in the past year. You can dim it down so it does not distract you but you can not turn it off.
The good:
Be an awsome detective.
Learn what you forgot about the party last night.
Find out who stole your car and where they went.
The bad:
No physical ability.
Going to public restrooms.
Still having to go find your stolen car.
