The ability to change matter into other forms of matter, such as sand into gold.
You can alter the natural elements, changing them from one substance into another. Scientists have studied the science of "alchemy" for years, attempting to transmute iron into gold, or other elements into gold. Now you can! Remember chemistry? You can change any element into another element with no thinking involved!
The good:
Become rich by changing things into gold, silver, platinum, etc.

The bad:
Too much gold in the world reduces its value.

If you really think about it this power can be used in ways much more powerful than the base. It could be used to generate lightning and fog, create crude weapons, and even correct many enviromental problems.
Alchemy is the process (or power) of turning one object into another, the classic example is greek philosophers tried to turn lead into gold, but they also tried to turn sand into metal. ( the scientific alchemy is now through splitting atoms to create two different atoms)
Alchemy is really magical science,its not limited to transmutating stuff but still nice power
This is the first time I witnessed someone transforming Alchemy as a superpower. That's very fascinating. "A VERY Cool Power". Very articulate as well.
