The ability to summon silly hats at will.
It works by holding your hands up in the air, saying "OOBGOOBGOOBGOOBA!" in a baby voice, and silly hats will be summoned (floating) right in front of you.
The good:
It's totally badass.
Your head will be kept warm once you place said hat upon thy noggin'.
Your enemies will be overwhelmed by the silliness of your hat.
The bad:
It won't help you if a bad guy is eating your face off.
It won't help you if you're burning to death.
The hat might have lice in it.
