The Superpower List - A growing list of superpowers, created by you. Dream the impossible.
Superpower: Dream Realization
The ability to gain any power that you exhibit in a dream
If you can DREAM it, you can DO it! UGH, so cheesy! But I digress. If you are dreaming and you find yourself doing something you can't normally do, if you remember it when you wake up, then you can do it. This can potentially make you very powerful. Your powers may be as useful as flight or as ridiculous as transforming into a Sailor Moon outfit. This does not apply to objects or events in your dreams, and you can only use powers that you exhibit. You are also incapable of lucid dreaming.
The good:
Potentially quite powerful
Allows for a unique array of powers that reflect your personality
Much easier to explain your dreams to people
The bad:
Can only use abilities after you dream them
Does not apply to objects or events
If you only dream in third person you are outta luck

Well, you don't HAVE to use the power once you acquire it. I'd hate to have one of those dreams where you're running really slow and then wake up to a life of that. If you gained an awesome power from a nightmare you should still be able to use it without bad things happening.

What about your nightmares do they count because i once had a nightmare that started out awesome but ended with me dying

OH NO!!!my day dreams are awesome but my DREAMS suck... wait a minute, for quite some time now, i cant even remember my dreams.

No, sadly. You have control over your daydreams. That would be too much power.

it may...depending on genetics...

It's a limiter. If you could lucidly dream with this power, you would wake up a god.

What do you mean by incapable of lucid dream? Like this power makes it so you will never have a lucid dream again, you can't take powers you give yourself while lucid dreaming, or you just can't take lucid dreaming as a power?
