A person with Technopathy can control any form of computer-based device. They can mentally write computer programs, manipulate data streams, and use their abilities to infulence real-world events.
The good:

Write e-mails with your mind
Make everyone's cell phone ring at once
The bad:
Powerless without technology
Computer viruses
Firewalls
