The ability to start fires with your mind
A person with Pyrokinesis can ignite oxygen in the air, creating a fire sustained with willpower. These fires can be directed, manipulated, and generally had a lot of fun with.

Never need kerosene again

The bad:

Still can be burned
Losing your temper can really have consequences

Good question. You could add more 'fuel' and intensify the fire to shades of blue and white, but I think green fire would be beyond you.

Any fire. You can also produce one remotely (lighting a match at 50 paces, etc.)
which reminds me, can you only control the fires that you started? or any fire goes?
