Okay the name basically says it, you can create substances that are chemical weapons out of thin air or turn a different matter into the chemical you want. You could create different types of tear gasses or nerve agents,also a psychological agent which could cause hallucinations/delirium. And of course you could just kill them with sarin, cyanide, or botulism.
