The ability to control time in a given area
One with this ability can reverse, pause, or slow time in any given area. This ability could be used to heal fatal wounds, and repair bridges and buildings. The ability only affects the object or person of focus. One with this ability could accelerate the aging of an enemy, making them crumble to dust, or could freeze them where they stand, without affecting time as a whole.
The good:
Excellent for combat and high risk scenarios
Healing teammates when they are injured by reversing the wound's timeline
Any obstacle can be easily dispatched
The bad:
Requires massive concentration for smaller scale use
