The ability to temporarily imbue people with superpowers
Many theorize that everyone has ability potential. A person with Ability Granting can unlock that with a touch. The process grants a totally random ability-anything from Hydrokinesis to Intuitive Aptitude to Flight. It lasts for a week.
The good:
Create a super-powered army
Make friends/debtors fast
Make someone's day
The bad:
Can unlock a dangerous and uncontrollable ability
Can have your army turn on you
Cannot use it on yourself
