This ability is not to be taken lightly. It does not allow direct manipulation of luck and probability, but rather reverses whatever stochastic effect is currently at work. In other words, if the user sees a subject is experiencing bad luck, he can reverse this, so that subject will instead experience good luck. In the same way, he can reverse a foe's good luck to bad luck. The user, if his power is strong enough, can even affect himself.
