It is a two and a half-foot long steel wand with an Emerald Dragon's head on top with dark red eyes. it can grant you great powers, primarily used for casting spells--enhancing, multiplying, gathering, focusing and redirecting mystical energies, etc. It only works when you say them in Chinese and/or Japanese.
