Superpower: Reflexive Precognition
The ability to see moments in time before they happen
A person with this power can see a moment in time or action before it actually happens, giving them more time to react, making it appear as if they have amazingly quick reflexes.
The good:
Amaze people with your reaction time.
Never make a wrong move.
Never be caught off guard.
The bad:
You aren't surprised by anything anymore.

WHD and Scotch are right. It's a combination of seeing and sensing the threat. It's similar to normal superhuman reflexes, the only exception being that rather than just feeling it, you also SEE the threat (and in hypertime). Your reflexes adjust to react to what you see.

No, you primarily see it (and maybe also sense it with enough training); it's like Nicholas Cage's power in Next. He sees something happen in a vision that takes a micro blink in reality, with enough time left to avoid it. If you want to/do avoid it is another question, but you could if you wanted to. So I think Scotch nailed that part of the power.

But you don't see it, you sense it. You see it hitting you in the future with enough time left to avoid it.

I wouldn't think so, no matter when you see an obect coming at you, if you don't see it in time the bodies natural reactions would not be able to keep up with the speed or blast radius of the projectile.

Imagine how hard it would be to hit someone with this power. Can they dodge bullets/missles/and flying projectiles?
