But you don't see it, you sense it. You see it hitting you in the future with enough time left to avoid it.
I wouldn't think so, no matter when you see an obect coming at you, if you don't see it in time the bodies natural reactions would not be able to keep up with the speed or blast radius of the projectile.
Imagine how hard it would be to hit someone with this power. Can they dodge bullets/missles/and flying projectiles?
