This is a very simple psionic ability. It allows the user to use plants around him as an extension of their own body. This ability doesn't, however allow the user to create plants or cause them to grow faster or larger. You can promote plant life in an area, as long as their were some their before. Meaning if their is a really small flower somewhere you could cause it to make more of itself.
