The ability to make anyone's mind so inflexible, they can't understand a speech or text if there's a mistake.
You can alter anyone's mind to make it so rigid they can't understand any speech or sentence if there's a grammatical or orthographical mistake in it. Their mind just can't do the gymnastics to interpret the mistake and read the correct word or just figure out the gist. They also can't read upside down or backwards. The upside is they will never make any mistakes when they write or speak.
The good:

They can't make head or tail of "10 items or less" and similar anomalies.
They would have so much trouble with SMS language.
The bad:
Too bad George W. Bush isn't the president anymore. It would have been so troublesome.
