This power only works on beings with multiple superpowers, including mimicked and stolen ones, and some of the ones which give multiple abilities. When used, they will lose all their powers save for a random one and the lost ones are given to the closest powerless beings, one ability each. The downside is you can only have one ability as well, including this one, but if you somehow acquire another one, there would be a chance that you lose this power due to the dispersion that will take place.
