This power through touch allows you to age a person till they are dead & dust or de-age to genetic ooze & anywhere in between. Either way, you absorb & extend your lifespan & minorly de-age yourself.

Has to touch & hold a person for the power to work

Making others young makes you young as well? Then there's no way to make yourself older... That's the limiter on this power.

There was a pedophile villain in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure who possessed this ability. He wasn't limited by touch, though. It was more like sensory range.
