Superpower: External Duplication
The ability to create a copy of almost anything you are in physical contact with.
Can copy anything you are in physical contact with that does not exceed 15ftx15ft(objects exceeding will be created incomplete). While in contact with object you perform a "psychic scan" which creates an identical copy that is stored within your subconscious, and can be recreated anytime you wish.
The good:
Infinite resources (Water, Food, Money, Weapons, Fuel)
Recreate precious/rare items (Antimatter, Superpowered Items)
Never need to carry anything on you (Entire wardrobes, sheds full of items, etc.)
The bad:
Remembering everything you store! Be sure to write it all down just in case.
Copying a broken/potentially dangerous object ex. A leaking nuclear missle.
Can only create any item if there is enough space for it to appear in.

It's complete duplication...think along the lines of the movie The Prestige. As for the soul though...hmmmmmm...I think it would be best to make them Homunculi. Interesting question.
what about duplicating people? do you get homunculi (bodies with no souls)?
