A person with Stealth is security's worst nightmare. With active concentration, they can become totally silent and partially invisible. This partial invisibility means that from a distance, they resemble a darkish blob. Even up close, facial features are obscured. However, the user is not totally invisible--they must still use cover if in an exposed place. The silent aura that surrounds a Stealthy person hides all the sounds of motion and reduces a gunshot to a mere coughing noise.
