Superpower: Clairvoyance
The ability to find anyone, no matter their location
Thousands of people go missing every year. A person with Clairvoyance can find them. By simply concentrating for a short while, they can pinpoint their exact location: the city, building, floor, and even room number they're in at that moment. However, dead people cannot be found. And since this ability hones in on someone's mind, Telepaths and other Clairvoyants can tell when they're being found.
The good:
Worldwide range
Very precise (city, building, floor, and room #)
Find friends in your area to hang out with
The bad:
One person at a time
Dead people cannot be found
Telepaths and other Clairvoyants know when they're being found

Exactly dexter, I was trying to say that you COULD see the spirits of the dead, but 667 says that you can't...

What if their across the ocean?
Not the distinct Heroes version I had in mind. No past, no future. Definitely not any ghost-finding, or illusion-scrying (at least not beyond a vague feeling). And not the wind part. At all.
Not just to fing people, but also to see the invisible (including ghosts, auras and invisible superhumans...you might even be able to see the wind and see through illusions); not to mention, you can receive visions of the future, the past and distant locations (even around corners and such)
