However you are weakened by people with positive feeling. Ths power opposes Positve Power Charge.

If you weaken with this power due to a cheery person, you'd get upset and frustrated (oh no, my power, my unlimited POWER.......ahum) and that would be stronger than the cheery person's effect, right?
Yes, it would be a lot easier to harness the full potential of this power in battle, than it would be with positive power charge. Unless of course you had this power and were a very cheery person.
