A Time Traveler doesn't need a DeLorean or special chair to navigate the timeline. The only thing they require is a bit of focus to travel through time. They have less restrictions on their power than a Space-Time Manipulator; time travel takes less out of them, they can interact with their past and future selves, and they can even influence present events by messing with the past. However, they cannot teleport.
