Superpower: Water Control
The ability to control all forms of water, i.e. mist, fog, ice, steam, etc.
You can control water sources and alter the physical state between its phases. You can bring it from air, ground, trees, plant and obvious areas. It can be used to walk on water, travel underwater, grab objects and control people.
The good:
You control an element
Looks really cool if you have control
The bad:
Lack of water in area
Lack of control of larger attack

This is definitely underrated. The human body is 70% water. Think about that. Also, unless you're in the middle of the Sahara desert, you've got resources all around you. Whether it's steaming your opponents or creating an ice shield around you, I don't think you can go wrong with this power.
