Superpower: Weather Controlled Powers
The ability to have a power that matches the weather
It all matters on the weather outside. If you are in the desert you would be able to control fire, if there is a tornado going on you will have wind powers, if there is a hurricane you will have wind and water powers.
The good:
You will never be bored of the same power
A lot of choices to save the world with
All really good powers
The bad:
If you live in a climate that doesn't change that much you will have it until it changes
If you are say flying because of your wind powers and the weather changes you will probably fall
You might have a power that won't help you in the situation

your exactly right shadow!
This is more like the CLIMATE determines the extent of their power...
whoever created this power must be god cuz its awesome!
there are lso sandstorms in the desert, thats a form of weather only in the desert.
The desert's weather is unique. Where else is it 120 degrees in the shade at noon and 40 degrees in the shade twelve hours later? And besides, I think Vault meant that any intense heat would induce Pyrokinesis.

being in the desert is not a form of the weather.
I think humidity might give you steam control/generation. Or maybe a mixture of fire and water control depending on how moist or hot it is. Idunno. This is still sweet power.

I believe that if it was sunny, you could have the power of fire. And dusty(I don't consider it to be a weather), but you could try to use it to blind people or form all the dust to make it like a huge rock. And humid,.... idk...
Or cloudy, or humid, or dusty?
What if it's sunny?
